Exercises
Exercising is good for our bodies but it also helps our mind more than we will ever know!
It gives us a good feeling all over.
I don’t think we truly grasp how much our bodies actually require physical activity.
You many not feel like exercising or have the energy to do it. I understand the struggle as I have been there due to certain health issues that I have dealt with.
Even the thought or mention of the word was a negative thought.
I would encourage you to make some life changes prior to rushing in to exercise if this is the case:
- Go to the doctor and get some tests done to see if there is something going on
- Check out what nutrients might be missing
- add supplements into your diet (vitamins & minerals)
- I was struggling with hypothyroid and was craving salt like crazy so I was really low on iodine – I added iodine drops daily and within 3 days I felt like a new person. I waited another week though prior to rushing into exercise and then just started walking 15 minutes a day.
- add supplements into your diet (vitamins & minerals)
- How are you sleeping?
- What are you struggling with?
- Check out my health journey at www.tipinions.com to see my personal struggles and journey
Once you start doing something, using energy creates more energy – do what you can – modify what you need to – work up to a little bit more each week!
