Michele Fraser

Michele is a confident, highly organized passionate Consultant, Entrepreneur, Broker and former employee with over 25 years of experience.

Owner & operator of Customized Business Essentials & Tipinions.

Working and holding various management and supervisory roles in a number of different industries such as agriculture, industrial, construction, information technology, retail, banking, and restaurant, it has given her diversity and provided a wealth of knowledge and appreciation.

Accomplished Senior Level business leader with over 25 years of hands on experience in management, business leadership with an emphasis on building, developing and maintaining customer relations. Cultivated experience within multiple industries while developing a quality, value added skillset. Demonstrated proficiency in developing teams, delivering solutions to optimize operational efficiencies with an effective way to execute and manage.

Meticulous in her approach to data collection, accuracy, attention to detail and presentation of documents, reports, summaries, metrics and presentations. An excellent communicator with emphasis on establishing long lasting relationships with clientele, facilitating and coordinating events and workshops.

She is excited to begin this new position as President of the Board of Directors for Sponsor a Senior – something that is near and dear to her heart as her parents are in this stage of life.

She is a firm believer that it takes a village to raise a child and the Seniors have done their part – it is now our turn to create a village for them!

In her spare time, Michele loves to be outdoors - Fishing, hiking, gardening, horseback riding, doing an array of crafts, puzzles, reading, and writing.

Looking forward to making a difference in the lives of many!

Brian Simon

Brian has been a red seal heavy and light duty Mechanic for over 25 years. He is used to diagnosing problems, managing crews, operating equipment of all sizes and models, understanding safety aspects, problem solving while giving high quality value added customer service.

He has an in-depth knowledge of methods of operating and maintaining different types of heavy equipment, trucks and small vehicles.

Skilled in operating and inspecting equipment or vehicles to diagnose malfunction or defects. He possesses the ability to modify, repair and overhaul.

He has been owner/operator using his Class 1 hauling super B’s of grain and fertilizer throughout the western provinces of Canada.

Meticulous in his approach to diagnosing, accuracy, and attention to detail. An excellent communicator with emphasis on establishing long lasting relationships with clientele.

Brian has a passion for restoring older vehicles and dirt track racing.  Brian grew up racing many different types of vehicles, but his favorite, his passion is racing on the dirt track in the late model division.

Brian brings a different aspect to our Board of Directors being from Australia.

Australia has an abundance of government programs for Seniors and his wealth of knowledge of these has been a huge asset for our Board.

This is very near and dear to Brian’s heart as his mother is currently approaching this stage of life in Australia.

Diane Neufeld

A confident, highly motivated individual to being heard and making a difference.

Diane has been involved mostly in the construction, renovation, restaurant and agriculture sectors throughout the last 30 years.

She has been a great advocate in her area with her passion for social justice, making a tangible difference in the community and desiring to assist in resolving people’s problems.

She believes it is important to stand up for what you believe in, maintaining your morals and cultivating core values. An excellent communicator with emphasis on establishing long lasting relationships through honesty, integrity and by helping others. She has a diverse background working with a variety of companies, positions and people.

Living around a small community most of her life, she is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the people in our community and our country.

It is time to stand up to assist in creating and establishing a better environment and country for our children, grandchildren and all future generations to come.

She is a very passionate individual who believes in bettering the community one task or person at a time.

Having worked in a Senior's complex for many years, she is excited to be part of Sponsor a Senior!
